Yen S. Chou
Founder & President
Yen Chou is the Founder and President of Chinese American Parent-Student Council. A former high school and college teacher, Yen Chou has always been a firm believer that education happens both in the classroom and outside too. For that reason, she co-founded and became the president of the Chinese American Parent-Student Council as well as AIM Tutoring Academy. In 1999, she was elected to the community school board and then was appointed a member of the Community Education Council. Yen Chou has been the recipient of many prestigious awards including the John Dewey Award, Tandy Technology Scholars Outstanding Teach Award, and Ellis Island Medal of Honor. She is also the Chief Executive of the North American Headquarters of Western Returned Scholars Association Entrepreneur Alliance (WRSAEA).
